Threw together a double batch, minimal cleanup and minimal time in the kitchen. They were great as is but easy to add flavor with sauces and dips. Super versatile base recipe too, will be using this as my regular recipe and just adjust spices as needed. Superrrrr crispy, highly recommend!5 stars

Only suggestion I have, it was little too low in salt when you try without any sauce or dip. I think 1 tablespoon (instead of one tsp) will be ideal.4 stars

It was the first time I made chicken wing meal. I put extra butter on my cookie sheet , it came out good no sticking or tearing the chicken. We put our kind of sauce on it like bar-b-que sauce and hot sauce out of the bottles. We are going to start making this recipe for now on.5 stars

I like mine heated or hotter, but I am glad it works for my husband, because I tried the mixes with chilli pepper, and Cheyenne pepper and he did not like it. I loved the hot taste. Now tonight’s were breaded and that was different and very good. I put oil in a baggy put all my wings in it and they coated well, then in the second baggy I put the spice and coated wings shake it up sort on tray pan. They didn’t stick I put just a little butter on pan. Thank you for sharing…..

I have worked with foil and parchment paper, and the parchment paper tends to work best.
